My role on the project was to take the existing design of the site and apply it to the SAP Hybris platform which was the e-commerce solution that was selected. We needed to make sure by talking with the client which features they currently have, that the Hybris platform does not support, they want to carry over. We met with the client twice a week to gather that information and were constantly working on updating the templates with the updated design between those meetings. Initially, I was collaborating with another UX designer on the team who was responsible for the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) side of things, her focus being the homepage, marketing pages, etc. We both reported to the VP of Design who was leading the project.
